Mrs. Finklea, School Counselor
Supporting students in 3rd through 8th grade
Welcome to a brand new school year at TASPA! My name is Mrs. Jessica Finklea, and I am honored to serve as your school counselor. Whether you are new to our school or returning for another exciting year, I am truly thrilled to support you and your child throughout this journey.
As the school counselor, my goal is to help all students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I work with students individually, in small groups, and through classroom guidance lessons. My role also includes supporting families, collaborating with teachers and staff, and helping connect students with the resources they need to thrive.
A Little About Me
I have a background in science education and school counseling, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and discover their strengths. I believe every student has the potential to succeed when they feel seen, supported, and safe.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and reading a good book.
